We offer all available board surface finishes. Depending on lead-time requirements, some finishes are applied in-house while some are sent to Outside Service.
Our current in-house finishes include:
- Sn/Pb HASL,
- LEAD-FREE HASL,
- ENIG (Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold), and
- Immersion Silver.
Using Outside Services, we also offer:
- Hard Body Gold,
- Selective Finishes (i.e. ENIG & Hard Body Gold),
- Electroless White Tin
SAE Circuits uses the best materials we can acquire for the most economical price, to pass the savings on to our customers.
We have substantial stock and consignment agreements with our suppliers to assure that materials necessary for your build are on our shelf. We stock and have agreements with top tier manufacturers such as ISOLA group, Nelco Products, Rogers, Arlon, Taconic, Grace, Ventek, and other specialty manufacturers.
We build all of our multilayer pcb boards using RoHS materials, even if your callout is for standard leaded HASL. Our standard RoHS materials have Tg180°C, Td 340°C, MOT 130°C, and are covered under IPC4101C/21, IPC4101C/24, IPC4101C/26, IPC4101C/98, IPC4101C/99, IPC4101C/10, and IPC4101C/126. We also carry High Speed and High Temp materials to cover standard requirements under IPC4101C/25, and IPC4101C/40, IPC4101C/41, and IPC4101/42.
